Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Noma API service (the "Service") provided through nomaapi.top. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Noma API provides programmatic access to AI language models via API endpoints. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Accounts & API Keys

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• API keys are personal and confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your key.
• Do not share, resell, or sublicense your API key without our written permission.
• You may create additional keys for your own internal use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Payments & Billing

• The Service uses a prepaid balance model. You top up your account and usage is deducted from your balance.
• All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We may change prices with notice for future top-ups.
• Refunds: Because the Service delivers digital access immediately upon payment, all purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where the Service is unavailable due to our fault and cannot be restored.
• Unused balance does not expire and remains in your account.
• We may suspend access if your balance is insufficient for usage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate illegal, fraudulent, or malicious content
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
• Resell access in a way that competes with the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for high-volume automated abuse (e.g., credential stuffing, spam generation)

5. Model Output & Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to and receive from the Service, including how you use model outputs. Model outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected content. You should review outputs before relying on them. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of the underlying model providers whose models you access through the Service.

6. Availability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Model availability, quality, and pricing depend on third-party providers and may change.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noma API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Our software, branding, and website content are our property. You retain all rights to your content and, subject to applicable third-party licenses, model outputs are provided for your use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; remaining balance is forfeited except where prohibited by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
